Home is located near the 4th hole at the Legacy Golf Course. - however, there are no golf privileges with the home. Fees for Spa are $150 and $250 for pool. A separate request will be sent for payment or can be added here. Pool needs to be heated during the months of December through May. As a note pool and spa have an auto cleaning and filtering function so you may hear or see them turn on or off at their programmed time. The use of front fire pits is allowed, but guests are required to turn them off if they are unattended and/or at the beginning of quiet hours. Because this property is located in a gated community and close to neighbors (whom we respect), we have a restriction from Homeowner's Association for outdoor "quiet hours" to begin at 9pm. All pool functions and pool lights turn off at 10pm.
