Gorgeous, unique wee cottage that was a delight to stay in. The fire made it cozy and warm in no time. Miriam was a fantastic, proactive host and made finding the cottage easy. Close to town, with everything you need for a trip to Wellington.

It is obvious a lot of care, consideration, and effort has gone into making this cottage a comfortable stay. Communication with Miriam and Paul was warm, easy, and personable. And in equipping the cottage, they have thought of everything (they later told me it's because they've stayed in many Airbnbs - so they understand!). The space is clean and beautiful. The open floor plan gives this cottage a very spacious feel while simultaneously feeling cozy and tucked away in the trees. The neighborhood is lovely, and even has a great mountain walk nearby. A fantastic place to stay in Wellington.

Great overnight stay - super comphy soft bed. Private setting surrounded by bush in a lovely neighborhood- woke up to the sound of Tui's. I was traveling for work & had a large ute - it didn't fit in the parking that came with the loft but Paul & Miriam made space for it next to the garage. Responsive and friendly hosts that made sure everything was ok. I'd definitely recommend Miriam & Paul's place. Hope to visit again and add some more to the visitors colouring in book.....I did my best to stay within the lines 😀

Couldn't recommend Miriam and her wee apartment highly enough. Communicaiton was outstanding, and she was very accommodating. The breakfast provisions also ideal for a one night stop over. The apartment was very cozy and the bed super comfy. It was an ideal location for us having a party in neighboring Ngaio. Thank you ++

Miriam is a thoughtful host and excellent communicator. She added lots of nice touches - freshly stewed fruit from the garden, quality chocolates and a good range of teas, coffees and breakfast options. Delightful character cottage in a quiet, private setting. Thanks Miriam & Pali
