Sigmundur always respond to my messages. He also saved my stay in Faroe Islands as he told me that should keep in mind that there are strikes at the moment and there could be a problem to fuel my car. Sigmundur’s neighbors also were friendly as Sigmundur and cared about.

It's a room that you rent, room was like pictures: desk, bed, place for your clothes to hang or put in drawers. Shared bathroom and kitchen were kept clean but those of us there didn't really leave a mess, always cleaner when everyone works together. Kitchen was not a full kitchen, but is just like the photos. Had everything I needed for cooking! I could make tea and cook food and use the fridge (I didn't see a freezer but I didn't need it either). Sigmundur was friendly and always responded via Airbnb messenger! If a vegetarian go to the supermarket at the SMS bus stop has lots of options. You can walk to the ferry terminal takes less than an hour I recommend doing it at least once and take the path route (give yourself extra time and then take a side path to the waterfall. It is really nice.) Otherwise multiple bus stop options within 5 min walk of house. No idea about parking. I used public transportation for all of my travels here in the Faroe Islands.
