Welcome to Lintukoto, a cozy cottage in the forrest about 1 hour and 10 minutes east of Helsinki! It's the perfect mix of modern comfort combined with the look and feel of a traditional summer cottage. The perfect place to relax during a weekend getaway from the city or for a week of summer vacation! The cottage has fast Wifi, a smart TV, air conditioning, and hot shower, but also a traditional wood-heated sauna, indoor fireplace and a wonderful location set on a private area in the forrest. The bathroom and sauna were both recently renovated. This yard offers plenty of privacy and is completely surrounded by trees and birds. The kitchen is super well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, nice cookware, knives, and casseroles, as well as plenty of plates, silverware, and glasses.  There are two queen beds: one in the loft and one in the bedroom. The living room has a comfortable couch which can sleep one extra person. Outside, there is a charcoal grill and an offset smoker, which are perfect for barbecuing in the summer. The terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining table, 8 patio chairs, a large sun umbrella, and 2 reclining chair for soaking up the sun. There are also 2 bikes that are available to guests for free. The sea is less than a 10 minute walk away and there's a great place to swim with a pier for jumping into the sea. We also have 2 sea kayaks that you can use for an extra fee.
