The good: the apartment is just a few steps away from a metro station. It's newly refurbished, so the furnishings and everything were new. Because it was new there seemed to be a few kinks that need to be worked out. The host contacted us during our stay about having some maintenance done, which would require workers to be in the apartment. We were uncomfortable with having people there while we were out, so we refused, but it took a lot of convincing and back and forth and being told that it was inconvenient for their business that we refused to allow workers in before the matter was put to rest. The apartment is spacious, but there are not accommodations for 4 people as advertised. There is a double bed, and a small, uncomfortable futon that our third guest (60" tall) did not fit in. There is no dishwasher and it is not self check-in as advertised in the listing. This apartment could be great with some changes in how it is managed and sleeping arrangements.
