The Eremo and Alcova dammusi are located on the Barone hill, an area situated to the south of the island. Their characteristic is to remain cool during the summer even without air conditioning. Built in the typical local style and furnished in the classic costume of southern Italy, the dammusi are surrounded by typical grounds with a courtyard, nature, and BBQ overlooking the property's vineyard. To complete everything, there is an elevated pool with sea views, sun loungers, for exclusive use. [Dammusi] The dammusi are adjacent to each other but separated by thick walls and doors to ensure privacy. Each dammuso has its own bathroom with shower, bidet, and towels, a kitchenette, and a private bedroom. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and blackout curtains to block out the sun. Additionally, the spacious courtyard ensures tranquility and ample parking. [Pool] The pool is located right in front of the dammusi, positioned on a raised concrete platform to protect it from dust and enjoy the sea view. It is exclusively for the use of the structures.
