Easy access from IN Toll Road. 35 minutes to ND, 4 Winds Casino & Shipshewana. 1 hr. to IN Dunes. 3 Bedrooms & a hide-a bed in lower level family room. 2 Baths, showers only. Spiral staircase between floors. Home is not handicap accessible & has MANY steps. Fishing is best on "Little Baldwin" right off our pier. Larger portion of the lake "Big Baldwin" is generally busy during peak season with jet skis and pontoon boats.
