KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a meal for your family, with Calphalon pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, serving dishes, wine glasses, wood charcuterie tray, spices, oils, drip coffee maker and Keurig, coffee, creamer, sugar, toaster, fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave. BEDROOM 1: Downstairs has a queen and a twin bed. There is a Graco pack and play and one twin air mattress in closet if needed. Full chest of drawers and full closet. Smart TV, full length mirror, phone chargers on each night stand. Extra pillows if needed. This bedroom uses the public full bathroom downstairs across the hall. BEDROOM 2: Upstairs queen bed, full chest of drawers and walk in closet. Smart TV, full length mirror, phone chargers on each night stand. Extra pillows if needed. This bedroom shares a double sink fully stocked bathroom with bedroom 3. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash, Q tips, make up pads, lotion, bug spray. LIVING ROOM: There are two living room areas one located downstairs and one upstairs in the loft. Downstairs area with sectional sofa, coffee table and smart TV, lots of games and reading books. Upstairs area has a sectional sofa, coffee table and games. LAUNDRY AREA: Front loading washer and dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible with detergent provided. PATIO: We've added a big entertaining backyard with grassy area and covered patio with mosquito nets and curtains to keep the bugs out on warm evenings. Manual lights and USB charging ports, Gas BBQ grill area and counter space, corn hole boards, and furniture for all. Completely private and fenced in. Locked at all times. Your comfort and safety is our #1 priority. * Located in the brown storage shed on patio: We have provided you with beach chairs if you choose to make a day trip to the beach. Please make sure the chair covers make it back home. Beach towels located in laundry area. PARKING: Tampa Grande has complete use of the very spacious driveway directly in front of the garage. You can park up to 4 vehicles. Please keep the driveway to the left of the garage clear. This is the private driveway for our guests who stay in the private suite behind the garage. Tampa Grande is the main house with a private granny suite attached to the left side of the garage. The private suite has its own private driveway, entry and backyard. This suite may be booked during your stay, be aware you share a common wall downstairs.
