Location! Location! Location! The Beach and Boardwalk are just steps out the back door (2 min walk) and just a 5 min drive to all casinos. I am also the Cleanest place in A.C. I strive to have a Perfect 5.0 Star Rating for cleanliness, communication, accuracy, and check in. Private Driveway & plenty of free street parking. The neighborhood is spotless and pristine with tree lined streets. Please go on groogle map, take a walk around to see how perfect this neighborhood truly is. This home has 3 common areas to hang out in. The dinning/kitchen area which seats 11, the living room which seats 8, and the game room which seats 14. Having these separate areas is very important with large groups so everyone is not crammed into one area to hangout. Unlike most homes I give you everything you need except food and clothes. The Game Room has everything from a Card Table, Beer Pong Table, 2 Arcade Machines with multiple games on each, Huge Jenga, and about a dozen Boardgames and other games. The best thing about the game room is you can be as loud as you want down there and not disturb anyone sleeping because the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and the game room is on the ground floor. So if your kids are young and go to bed early or your old and you go to bed early. Whoever is left up can still have a good time and not disturb anyone. LOL This home has a brand new big outdoor shower to rinse everyone off prior to going back in the home plus a hose to wash things off. So I really have 3 showers half the year. I have 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, cooler, 4 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes, a golf putting green, cornhole, washers, basketball, soccer ball, portable soccer nets, football, a volley ball, tennis rackets and tennis balls, wiffle balls and batts, colored outdoor chalk, you name it I have it. Don't worry the house is clutter free. All this is stored in the man cave / garage / game room. My home is beach block or about a 1-2 minute walk from the beach. I am only a couple blocks from 3 parks and a few blocks from 5 parks for any sport you would like to play with your friends or family. I have it all just bring food and your clothes.

Really nice place to stay at. Very clean and a lot of space to enjoy with family. Angelo was a great host . Instructions were easy and clear to follow for check in and checkout . I definitely recommend .

Fantastic location, beautiful home and Angelo was very responsive! He was accommodating and worked closely with me to ensure our stay was seamless. My friends and I were super happy. We even walked to Back Bay Ale house for dinner. Note: the door requires an app to access, keep phone charged at all times!

My family and I recently stayed at Angelo’s Airbnb and had a fantastic time! The weather was beautiful and we were able to ride bikes and explore the area. The Airbnb itself was spacious enough for our family of five and had all of the amenities we needed, including a game room that kept our kids entertained for hours. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway in Atlantic City.

The neighborhood is as safe and clean as it gets. This block is on the beach and boardwalk and has brick and tree lined streets, granite curbing and is the nicest neighborhood in Atlantic City. The whole area is new and fresh looking. This area is within the tourism district and is kept impeccable. Plus only a block from Gardners Basin which has places to eat, drink, and take boat cruises, fishing charters, jet boat ride, parasailing and an Aquarium. Please take a walk around the neighborhood with Google Maps and you will see how amazing this whole neighborhood truly is.
You can simply step out the front door to a Jitney that will take you to any casino for just $2.50. You can just walk out back to the boardwalk which is only a few feet away and walk to all the ocean front casinos, beach bars, clubs, rides, piers, and beaches. Or you can get a cab anywhere in the city for $15 or less. Of course you can Uber or Lyft for about the same too. Since you are in Atlantic City everything is within a 5 minute car ride, a 15 minute bike ride, and 45 minute walk. Some Casinos like Ocean, Hard Rock and Resorts are just a beautiful 15 to 20 minute stroll down the boardwalk.
