The kitchen is open plan/ dining and is fully equipped with modern appliances, dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Along with a BBQ provided, relax and enjoy the outdoor area, a swim in the pool, or retreat to the spacious lounge room to read or watch TV. The lounge room has a fan to keep you cool on those warm days. This holiday home has 3 good size bedrooms consisting of two bedrooms with Queen size beds and the third is a double/single bunk, all rooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and a separate toilet. Complementary toiletries are provided along with one bath towel and one beach towel for each guest. There is a modern laundry with a washing machine and washing powder provided, plus an extra toilet. Please note: There is a single step from the laundry to the kitchen. There is a local IGA, butcher and bakery for all your needs. If you enjoy 4-wheel driving, there is access to the Ocean Beach Track which is available with a permit which must be purchased online.
