Step Outside Sitting on a generously sized plot that boasts private parking for 2-3 cars, the holiday home also has two attractive gardens – one decked garden at the front of the property with sea views, and a second sheltered garden at the rear that is partly paved, with steps leading up to a lawn. In fine weather, the front deck is an ideal spot for summer BBQs and long family meals around the large outside dining table. You’ll find yourself looking out across the manicured hedges and swathes of agapanthus, to the boats that are moored in the bay, gently swaying and glistening in the Cornish sunshine. For a change of scenery, head into the rear garden which has plenty of space for children to play on the lawn under the apple tree, plus a tranquil patio area where you can relax on a sun lounger with a book or beverage! Here you will also find a kayak and paddle boards that are available for guest use, plus a handy outside shower - where salt and sand from the beach can be washed away before heading indoors.
