Ann's place is perfectly located for visiting Goodwood. The room and rest of the house are spotlessly clean and Ann is very welcoming and friendly. What more could I say?

We had a lovely stay with Ann. Superb friendly host, a cosy room with very comfy bed, parking on the driveway, in a quiet area and all spotlessly clean. Would recommend.

Host was very friendly, area quiet, the room was a bit small for 2 people, good parking, very clean.

Ann is a great host. The room was perfect for me - very clean, very nice and quiet area. I visited Goodwood and travelling to and from the cicuit is perfect.
