Really enjoyed the house and locale. Close to wedding venue and sights we came for. Comfy beds, the house is excellent and enjoyed sitting on porches and relaxing enjoying the views. Will hope to use it again if we come this way.

This was a perfect place to spend a snowy weekend away! Lots of open space for toddler antics (and a perfect sledding hill), clean, spacious, and comfortable. Katie and Ian were super helpful and responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable, even offering to help dig out cars from the 2' of snow dumped over the weekend.

I was very lucky to grow up with a ski chalet on Black Mt. My own children also were lucky to grow up with the same experience. We no longer have the chalet, but were lucky to rent Katie and Ian’s beautiful home last weekend. My children and grandchildren were able to ski ( and learn to ski) at Black. It was the perfect size for us all and the kids had so much fun sledding in the yard after skiing. We will definitely be making this a yearly family reunion. Thank you Katie and Ian for providing us with the perfect house and an amazing experience!

Had a quick getaway at this gorgeous cabin. More than enough for two families with young kids. Driving distance to fun activities in North Conway but enough off the beaten path to feel private. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was always super responsive and flexible! Definitely recommend.
