Cozy apartment of about 120 sqm, for 5 people, located on the mezzanine floor of a renovated building (3 steps to access). The property is located in Sampieri, along the baroque itinerary that connects it to Noto, Ragusa and Modica. This small seaside hamlet of Scicli is made up of a pretty village of stone houses and paved streets, just 400 meters from the enchanting golden beach (2024 Blue Flag). The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and large balcony. The accommodation is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with dining table and flat-screen TV; - KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, electric oven, kitchenware and dining table; - BEDROOM I with double bed and chest of drawers; - BEDROOM II with two single beds, single folding bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and WC; - BALCONY (access from the two bedrooms and the main corridor). The accommodation is located in Sampieri, a seaside village of Scicli, along the south-eastern coast of Sicily, about 40 km from Ragusa. Sampieri beach, majestic and panoramic, is sheltered by a pine forest and extends for approximately 2 km.
Scicli is located along one of the most beautiful itineraries in Sicily and is the route that leads from Noto to the province of Ragusa, up to its wonderful beaches. It is a journey full of spectacular images and experiences between beaches and baroque cities, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Noto, Ragusa, Modica and Scicli are certainly the symbolic cities of these beauties, for their monuments and historic buildings. However, Palazzolo Acreide and Ispica should not go unnoticed either, small pearls of high expression of Sicilian baroque.
In Scicli there are also places immortalized by the famous Inspector Montalbano series: the Vigata police station, the Montelusa police commissioner's room, the Mannara and many other places.
