Enjoy the comforts of our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, nestled just a short stroll from the lively Gorey Main Street. Our house boasts a spacious, well-equipped kitchen—ideal for home-cooked meals. Step outside to discover a variety of local dining options all within walking distance. With convenient on-street parking and just a 10-minute drive to beautiful Ballymoney Beach, our home offers a perfect blend of convenience and relaxation. Our house has 3 bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. There's one main bathroom and one ensuite each equipped with a shower. Downstairs we have a large L-shaped couch to cosy up on, along with a wood burning stove and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, delph, cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a large fridge freezer. There's plenty of storage; there's wardrobes in the bedrooms and the kitchen has plenty of cuboard space. There's also a utility room ajoining the kitchen that contains the washer and dryer units along with a sink and cupboards. The central heating is controlled by a panel downstairs. Outside the kitchen is a patio with a small outdoor furniture setup that's a great sun trap on a fine day. [Food] The location of our house is excellent! It's right off the main st and is less than a 5 minute walk to a large Pettitt's SuperValu, right across the road is a great coffee shop called jack's coffee. The main st has plenty to offer in terms of restuarents, cafes and retail shops. Check out the Hungry Bear for lunch (a 3 min walk) or if you're looking for something more upmarket, The Duck at Marlfield house is a 5 minute drive. [Beaches] If you're looking for good Wexford beaches Ballymoney is a ten minute drive from our house. Cahore Point is a 20 minute drive, this also boasts great pizza and coffee. Old Bawn Beach beside Cahore is also great beach for a walk.
