Large private room ideal for a couple in upper suite of split level home. Our house is just minutes drive from several beaches, in a peaceful neighbourhood. Nearby surf schools and shops rent gear for surfing, and there are cute seaside cafes plus miles of coastal trails to walk, run or cycle! My partner and I live downstairs but we regularly come upstairs to use the office and laundry. Otherwise the kitchen, bathroom and living spaces are shared with any party renting out a second, small room. Welcome to our cozy peaceful home! We are close to surfing beaches, miles of walking trails, and a creative, friendly community. We just bought this house and we have done quite a bit of work on it! That said, please note it is still in need of some upgrades. For example the windows are a bit older (still functional!) and the garden needs a bit of work come spring time. These projects will not impact your comfort nor safety while staying however we thought it was worth mentioning. For our part, we love our home to bits and we hope you do, too!
