This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants. - Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season 7 night minimum  -If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately.  -This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week.
