An amazing place and perfectly located getaway spot. Beverly's Banyan Tree apartment was just perfect for my weekend getaway: close to the beaches and dog parks, nearby to downtown, and yet, had a quiet feel about it all. My dog and I had everything we needed here without bringing much from home. Beverly ensured all the necessities were available, communicated with us throughout the stay, and quickly responded to any questions I had. This is one of the few places I've stayed that I know I will be booking again. Thanks Beverly. You made this the perfect little retreat.

It's a nice play to stay in a pretty neighborhood in St. Pete. Quiet, worked well for visiting family. Beverly is very responsive and helped make the stay a success!

We were visiting from Portland, OR. Our first AirBnb fell through, and we contacted Beverly about her place at the last minute. She was in the middle of an update to her place and wasn't planning to let anyone stay there that night, but she listened to our predicament and made the extra effort on her end to finish early to help us out. The Banyan house was a delight; the bed was so comfortable, linens soft and clean, incredible clawfoot tub, and an open living room/kitchen space. Ample A/C from two minisplits, it was cool and comfortable. Sitting on the porch under the Banyan tree was a delight. The neighborhood is quiet and sweet to admire, I really loved jogging along the brick streets. A quick 5 minute drive to Treasure Island beach, 10 minute drive to the main attractions of downtown, it was a good base for our sunny explorations. We highly recommend checking out Beverly's offering, you won't be disappointed by the hospitality, aesthetic, and love she has poured into this house.
