Spatium 134 is a modern building in which every detail has been carefully thought of, so that you can have the best experience. Some of the shared common areas include, gym, terrace, BBQ, co-working, laundry and much more. We have a unique layout which allows you to interact with other people if you want, or have total privacy for you to rest. The studios in Spatium 134 have everything you could need. If you have any additional requirement, please let us know in advance. The gym and coworking area are located on the first floor. The BBQ, terrace, and laundry area are located on the 5th floor. The studios do not have a laundry machine. To do your laundry you will need to go to the 5th floor and for a small fee you can use the machines.
