A large living room with some recliner chairs and a large couch for the family to watch a movie on the smart TV together. The living room also has plenty of books and games for the family and for the adults a wet bar with a built-in wine fridge. Off of the living room is a large dining table with seats for 6 people and a balcony off of there with a gorgeous view of the lake. During the summer, the balcony will have patio furniture to relax on. Continuing into the kitchen, this kitchen has everything you could need with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of space to cook a large family meal. Just down the hallway is the half bath and access to the garage that has a BBQ that you are able to use in the driveway. Downstairs has all 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a large king bed, smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and it has its a balcony with a view of the lake. The large room is its own little retreat away from the rest of the house with pictures around the room that are Tahoe-inspired.
