Our home, 109, Saudades welcomes holiday goers especially families, couples and friends. If you are someone who believes you want a tranquil holiday, in a unique space, away from the crowds but yet close to the heart of Goa for a great price. This is it!! Our home has been crafted with a whole lotta love and with a little help from our friends. 109, Saudades, is in a beautiful gated community on the first floor. There is a lift available if needed and a parking space for your car/ bike. The gated community has a common pool, a clubhouse and a beautiful garden where you can take a stroll, stretch, do yoga or just smell the roses! Here are some details to help you enjoy this homestay to the fullest: 1) The fully equipped kitchen has a water purifier and 4 bottles. We have a single induction stove/ cooktop, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle and a refrigerator. The crockery and cutlery are in a drawers in the kitchen. There is a washing machine and detergent in the kitchen balcony. You will also find a clothes drying rack, an iron and an ironing board as well in the apartment. 2) The 2 rooms are spacious, they have wardrobes, queen sized double beds and air conditioners. The master bedroom has a study table and chair. It is ideal for creators, dreamers and wanderers who want a remote working space as well. Our High Speed WiFi helps :-) 3) Both bathrooms have geysers so you can enjoy a hot shower. 4) The living room has a library, feel free to use it. Every room has the luxury of a balcony. We have a sliding screen in between the room and the balcony to ensure you get a non obstructed view of the natural surroundings and yet are not disturbed by mosquitos and various insects. You will thanks us later :-) but only if you remember to close it before sunset. Please do close the doors if you are using the Air Conditioners. We have a power inverter to proof you from power failures which are rare. Finally, do enjoy and use our home like it is yours.
