Casa vacanze ristrutturata da poco a Sestu in provincia di Cagliari .(15km dalla spiaggia del Poetto, 6 km dall’aeroporto di Ca-Elmas, 3 km da Policlinico di Monserrato). Bilocale al piano terra con cucina attrezzata e dotata di ogni confort, climatizzato,bagno con doccia,ampio giardino con doppio posto auto e barbecue. Letto matrimoniale grande nella camera, a richiesta in aggiunta letto singolo, divano letto in cucina max 4/5 persone. Rilassati in questo alloggio molto tranquillo.!

Excellent new apartment in a quiet part of town (no traffic outside, quiet surroudings). Close and convinient driving distance to Cagliari and close to airport (but you do not hear airplanes). Apartment is new and very well equipped. It exceeded our expectations in this respect. Wifi is very strong and reliable. Nice terrace sunny in the morning (enjoy breakfasts or dinners outside) Parking place under roof inside the gate (very safe). Few small and lovely turtles live here. Host is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.
