The bedsheet wasn’t clean, body itching after one night sleep.. the bathroom only provide shower gel, no shampoo.. the place has nice wall drawing tho, hope that they will improve on the cleanliness. Thank you

Very friendly staff, perfect place to arrange all your nature trips (turtle island and jungle rivercruise. It is a backpackershostel in the center of town so expect some late night noise.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. À 4 nous avons eu une chambre privée. Les toilettes sont propres, il y a la climatisation et l'eau chaude pour la douche + un distributeur d'eau potable. Il est aussi possible de cuisiner sur place si besoin ! Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants et vous renseigneront si vous avez la moindre question ! Il y a un rooftop sur lequel vous pouvez vous poser quand vous le souhaitez, très sympa !

John site is a hostel, but everthing is clean and tidy. The room was nice and quiet although the hostel is situated at the waterfront, a perfect place directly in the centre of Santakan. The breakfasr including Pankakes was sensational.The only point: Senior travellers must be aware of a lot of stairs and no lift.

Our family have a wonderful experience staying for first time in a backpacker hotel, the location of hotel is very strategic & just few minutes walk from Harbour city mall & Sandakan central market and the Seaview is excellent & beautiful. The staff there are super helpful & gave all the assistance we needed. The hotel have value added goods & services such as free breakfast like bread, toast, fruits, free flow of coffee & tea & books shelf for comfort of guest. We can even mingle & chit chat with guest from other countries as well. Overall we are really satisfied and happy during our stay. Good job hotel host & staff keep it up.
