Constructed in 2024, this family-friendly home sleeps 8 with private parking, modern amenities, washer/dryer, and beach gear included. This beach property is located within a friendly community and we uphold the highest standards. Looking forward to having you! The house has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 twin over full bunk bed, and a queen-size sleeper sofa). The house has been furnished with brand-new furniture, beds, and comes complete with everything you will need for your summer escape. The house is so new that there is active construction in the community and not all homes in the development are tenantable. Dining seating for 9 with a 6 seater dining table and 3 seater kitchen counter, all appliances and cooking wares (cutlery, plates, pots & pans, electric kettle, toaster, blender, etc.), sheets, towels, blankets, and beach gear (beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, large shade tent, and coolers). All with enough for 8 guests. All bedrooms have professionally installed blackout blinds. Blinds/shades in all rooms, including bathrooms. Both full bathrooms are located upstairs and each has a shower. There is no bathtub. Washer/Dryer are located on the 2nd floor. There is a storage area underneath the house, which requires a key to access. This is where we keep the beach gear. There is an outdoor foot & body rinse-off underneath the front stairs for when you get back from the beach. There is parking for 2 cars in the carport. Use caution when parking and leaving the property. The carport is narrow. Guests will be responsible for any damage done to the carport and/or house. No drunk driving.
