My place is close to Iowa State University and 40 miles north of Des Moines. It sits in the scenic Skunk River valley. Our two farms have a total of 5 miles of trails to explore. You’ll love my place because of the landscaped gardens, decks, and patios. Guests have access to the house's common living areas. The house has lovely furnishings and original artwork. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Loya’s room is one of the original bedrooms in the house. This room gives the guests views of both the front entrance water garden and the south patio and lawn area. The space includes a large, modern bathroom.
