We are strategically located: about 10 minutes walk from the Hospital and less than 10 minutes by car from the University. The historic center can be reached via the cycle path or a walk along the city canal. This property is the perfect solution for those looking for the convenience of the city without sacrificing tranquility. The house is structured on three levels connected by an iron spiral staircase - please be cautious if traveling with children. The interior space is organized as follows: -> GROUND FLOOR - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, Moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, blender, hand blender, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils) and dining table; -> FIRST FLOOR - BEDROOM I with double bed, clothes stand, TV, split A/C, and shower; - BATHROOM I with sink, bidet, and toilet. -> SECOND FLOOR - BEDROOM II with two single beds, TV, split A/C, and shower; - BATHROOM II with sink, bidet, and toilet. - From Udine Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 3 to the stop "UDINE viale Volontari della Libertà 61 (piazzale Chiavris)," which is a 2-minute walk from the property.
- If traveling by car, a parking space is not included. However, you can park for free on the street (white lines - NOT guaranteed).
To get to Udine, you can take the A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio from Venice or Trieste; from here, the roads to reach Udine are the SS13, SS54, and SS56.
