Just a short walk away are some of the world's most beautiful beaches, where you can sink your toes into white sugar sand and swim in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the east end, this home is conveniently close to fantastic restaurants and attractions. Experience coastal living at its finest! *IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls. The entire house is yours! Inground Pool in your private backyard. Please have an adult 18 or over when children are swimming. Gas Grill must be cleaned if used. Failure to clean will result in a $250 cleaning fee You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay. If under 25 send an inquiry and exceptions can be made with a security deposit and agreeing to house rules of NO HOUSE parties No smoking of any kind indoors This is not a pet friendly house. No pets allowed The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund. ! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis. Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.
