This uniquely designed accommodation in Madrid, a very modern loft, in a period building and plenty of space for you to enjoy with your family. Absolute silence in the center. All amenities 4 minutes from Gran Vía and in front of the Royal Palace. A loft with large windows, without walls, with everything in sight. You will sleep in a 160m floating bed. Or on a fantastic 140m sofa bed. Eclectic decoration on a background of exposed brick and cement, with all the comforts you can imagine.

An exquisite, and very particular space to stay and relax during a stay in Madrid. Right next to the Palacio Real and the euphoric Sabatini Garden. Literally a 4 minute walk to one of the hottest new tablaos in Madrid where the locals go, SALA TEMPLE, which hard to imagine, is in the same building. David was super hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Thank you David, and Marcos as well, I will be sure to come back.

Espai amb un encant especial, decorat amb un gust extraordinari. Silenciós, tranquil, acollidor. Ens hem sentit com a casa. En David molt atent i amable. Recomanable 100%
David es un anfitrión muy atento, tuvimos el gusto de ser sus primeras huéspedes. El apartamento nos encantó, está decorado al detalle; es como en las fotos, se trata de una única estancia, pero muy espaciosa ya que está dividida en tres zonas. Tiene un equipo de música con altavoces que, junto con la iluminación, crean un ambiente especial.

5 minutes from Gran Vía. One of the most emblematic neighborhoods of the capital. Close to everything, in the center and with access to public transport that connects with all of Madrid. Two minutes from the Royal Palace and the Sabatini gardens, an apartment surrounded by parks and gardens in the heart of the city.
The best way to get around the area is on foot since everything is very close. 5 minutes from Gran Vía.
