Cozy basement studio apartment in great location, walking distance to both USU and downtown. It has a big window in the kitchen offering a ton of light for a basement unit. Fully stocked kitchen, w/d in unit, very comfortable space. Please keep in mind this studio is located within a triplex and there's a good chance there will be guests staying above/next to you. We do ask all that all guest respect quite hours and are respectful of their noise levels so there shouldn't be any issues! You'll have your own private entry to the cozy studio basement unit. It was built in 1962 still has some of the old charm but has been updated. We are constantly working on improvements, the home is meant to be comfortable and lived in. Fully stocked kitchen, dining area, in unit washer and dryer, fast wifi, and a great backyard to enjoy! You may bump into the other tenants as it is shared. All we ask is you keep noise to a reasonable level and respect quiet hours so all guests have the best stay possible!
