It's close to Wanaka, the lake, river and has walks and mountain bike track nearby. You’ll love our place because of the stunning location, the house is sunny, has a cosy feel and it has a garden for you to relax in. With minimal town lights, it makes a perfect site for stargazing. Our place is good for couples and families. Elevated, private, sunny setting only a few minutes drive to Wanaka. Nestles amounts the Kanuka trees it offers a completely private retreat close to town, lake, bike and running tracks. The house is a two-story architecturally designed residence handcrafted with natural materials. Inside is welcoming, cosy and a great place to relax and enjoy the spectacular views. Our sunny house has 2 comfortable queen size beds and 1 sofabed. When you wake in the morning, you can enjoy these views from your bed (in all the rooms) while enjoying a tea or coffee. It has a beautiful spacious open plan living for the lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Large glass doors open directly from the living area to outdoor deck and garden area and gives the house a great indoor/ outdoor flow. Downstairs bedrooms enjoy their own separate deck. The house is eco-friendly designed with high thermal efficiency, double glazing and solar powered hot water.
