After a disaster stay at a previous Air BnB the week prior, I booked phoenix’s place very last minute hoping it would make the rest of our stay stress free. I’m extremely annoyed at myself for not just booking this amazing property in the first place! It was perfect, an absolutely beautiful home, modern, spotless and had everything we could possibly need including the great communication with the Hosts of the property. The property was in the perfect place for us as it was 2 mins walk from multiple family members homes, walking distance to the pub, Tesco and also the retail park that included every store you could ever need! The area was quiet and peaceful no issues at all. I can’t fault anything about the whole stay at phoenix’s property one bit! Will definitely 100% be my first choice to stay again when we come and visit Hartlepool again (which we try and do once or twice a year) I will be praying the property is always free when we return in the future!
