Enjoy a movie on the big screen or gather around the table and enjoy the company of loved ones. The place is very near shopping center, walking distance to Duty Free Shops, The Plaza connected to Dusit Thani Beach Hotel. Cory is very responsive. Immediately respond to whatever your request👌😊. We are very happy with the place, fully airconditioned, the rooms are big, clean, nice beds, everything is perfect. If we go back to Guam again we would definitely stay in Cory’s place. Highly recommended👌😊.
The home was comfortable, spacious, and clean. AC in every room was much appreciated as Guam is hot! The bedrooms were cozy and slept 6 adults, with room for more guests if needed. The living room has a large couch and huge TV. We enjoyed a few nights in watching movies. Laundry onsite and private covered carport were a plus. We loved the Tumon location - near restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and the beach. Also it is a short drive to Dededo where we were visiting family. Cory is a very kind and attentive host! He was responsive and prompt when we needed anything. He gave us good recommendations for activities while we were in Guam and was very generous overall. I would recommend staying here if you have a group of 4 or more guests. I would book with Cory again. Thank you Cory!! 🌺💗

Location! Location! Location! Head out the door and get to the strip in less than a minute. Please check out the map and see nothing is too far of a walk from the home. The beach is about a 3 minute walk. Fujita beach is the center of tumon bay and a popular beach spot for tourist and locals. If you want to learn about some history and get some great information for tourist visit the Fokai Store on Fujita Road. So many great restaurants, bars, hotels, and shopping just steps away. Well lit and safe streets await your explorations.
Enjoy walks up and down the strip or walk up and down tumon bay and back to the home. You can also catch a trolley from nearby locations such as Grande Plaza Hotel. The trolley can take you through tumon or even to Micronesia Mall or Guam Premium Outlets. The trolley is a cheap and ideal way to explore Guam and very tourist friendly. You can also catch taxis or rent a stand up scooter 🛴 from one of the nearby hotels.
