When we arrived he asked if we were going to cook as there were no pots, pans, plates or bowls provided, but it stated on the booking that it would be. Between 2 of us we had 1 glass, 2 mugs, and 2 towels for a 3 night stay. The tv didn’t work so when he came to fix it, he asked me if he could have a word. FYI my cousin had driven us to Manchester from Birmingham and had stopped off at our airbnb for something to eat before heading to her hotel down the road. Ibrahim told me she had to leave immediately as there were only 2 people allowed in the apartment at all times, which wasn’t stated upon booking. This wasn’t going to work for us as she was our transport so we we looked at cancelling the booking. After cancelling for the rest of the stay (still paying for the first night) we were told we had to leave else he was going to call the police, leaving me and my 17yo brother with no where to go at 12:30am and 2 hours away from home.
