Mario's place was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. We were hesitant to rent because it was a newer listing but so glad we ended up going through with it. We had a rental and found this to be the perfect spot for day trips to various areas - less than an hour drive to the attractions we wanted to visit which for us was great. Mario had ice and water for us when we arrived. We enjoyed the outdoor space although there was an annoying ringing sound coming from outside of the property in the neighbourhood. Perhaps construction but with a speaker we were able to drown it out. Only thing that would've made this better for me is if the shower water was a little warmer, I definitley didn't expect it to be hot but it was quite cool to have an enjoyable shower in. Otherwise everything was great and we will definitely be back next time we are in El Salvador.

Una casa muy bonita, amplia, limpia, fácil acceso. a pesar de esta muy cerca de la calle principal no se escucha el sonido de los vehículos, se encuentra de todo en los alrededores. Mario responde rápidamente.

nice place to stay, is a big house with pretty much all of the necessary utilities, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were as described, the pool and the barbecue are a very good extra.
