You’re minutes from the lake and tons of parks, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, venues & so much more! Enjoy this entire 2 bed / 2 bath house which comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Need more space or looking for something specific? Let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

The price and convenience to downtown were exceptional for this property. Adam and Christian were both, very kind and quick to respond. However, there are several maintenance issues that should be addressed.
Very convenient spot to stay at! Great driveway and 2 parking spaces. The front balcony was nice too.

This place is in need of MAJOR repair. The host is friendly and quick to communicate but this is a business for them and it shows. We were traveling with another couple and none of the bedroom doors close as the entire home is tilted and all walls are cracked. There is only a window AC unit in the second bedroom but not the primary. It was 89° in Texas and we couldn’t open then windows because there were no screens. The entry door barely locks and you can see outside through the door jamb. The women didn’t feel very safe for the price we paid. When we arrived we actually looked for a hotel and most were sold out as it was SXSW weekend. I would not be staying here again.
