Donny was a wonderful host! We had a little trouble finding the place since we got in late at night but Donny was quick to give me a call & explained where to go. I do think for future guests, having a picture of the building that apartment is located in would be helpful. The place was so cute & tidy & everything smelled fresh & clean. The location is great as well with lots of walkable places & close to the nearby beach.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had all the important touches (bathrobes, luggage racks, coffee syrups, etc.) Donny provided the code to get in far in advance and was a really kind and flexible host. We felt right at home and would stay again and also recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere nice and close to downtown. The perfect stay!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The place looks just like the pictures. Its clean, smells SO good and is tastefully decorated to make you feel at home. We love the little touches like robes, extra pillows/toiletries, coffee & selection of syrup flavors. Also plenty of parking. One thing I appreciated is the lock code & wifi were available before check-in, and Donny messaged early that day to see if we needed anything. We had a parking question which he resolved & responded to immediately. He cares a lot about his guests. The place is a little difficult to find, but he left very clear directions and the house address was displayed big enough so you can't miss it! We had no problem at all. There are a few stairs to walk around the house, and it's on the 2nd floor of the duplex. One thing to note, which did not affect our rating, a train came through once or twice during the night. Wasn't an issue for us as sound sleepers. Would definitely stay here & any of Donny's properties again!

The place was great! It was super clean and very easy to check in. The little extras with the coffee and little bath items were great too!
