I’d say 4.5 The location was perfect. Close to a lot of restaurants, bars and coffee shops and pretty easy to find street parking. No issues with outside noise and just a few minutes drive to the old port area. The bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good. My only complaints would be cleanliness and that the numbers on the keypad downstairs were worn out so it was difficult to get into the building when we arrived and didn’t have the key fob. We luckily had someone open the door for us. The apartment itself was very nice but we wish it had been cleaned better. There was dust and crumbs on the floor and food residue in the kitchen sink and drain stopper. Simon apologized when we let him know but that was about it. We would have expected a partial refund of the cleaning fee. Other than that, the apartment met our expectations. If you’re traveling with children, I’d recommend leaving the balcony door closed at all times, though. The floor is uneven and the railing isn’t very high.
