房子位置不错，在巴黎二环 ，地铁一号线很方便可以直接到达巴黎市中心，去迪士尼乐园也很方便. 只有一个房间，客厅和厨房是合在一起的，不适合太多人住 . 住家门口的楼梯有股腐烂的味道很奇怪，公寓的洗地板的清洁剂味道很臭，不好闻. 电视很大还可以投屏我很喜欢. 有提供空调和熨斗. 房东人很好，我们有什么需要，他都会帮我们. 性价比很不错 ，值得年轻人入住 XD

Hospedagem com jeito de lar, super limpo. Cozinha e roupa de cama bem limpos. Ótima localização, com mercado e pontos de metrô e RER super próximos. Anfitrião atencioso, proativo e sempre me respondeu com educação. E para fechar com chave de ouro me conseguiu dois carrinhos de bebê para que meus passeios com meus filhos fossem mais tranquilos. Gratidão.

Pros - very good location which is walking distance to the metro and RER. Also quite a few cafes and grocery stores nearby by. Cons - 1) the smart tv didn’t work which led to a lot of inconvenience to my child. This was after the technician tried his best to sort out. 2) l internet connection kept dropping 3) Linen was not clean and looked very run down. 4) not having a lift was a massive inconvenience especially worn two very young kids (that said, it was clearly mentioned on the property details while booking).

I stayed at Julien's apartment for 4 days with my family (we were 5 people) and it was very nice for the price we payed, absolutely worth it! The apartment is in Vincennes, a quiet area where nearby you can find grocery stores, shops, restaurants, but mostly bus stations and the metro, which are just a few minutes away from the apartment. The experience was very comfortable. Our host gave us detailed instructions for self check-in/check-out, which made the process very easy, and allowed us to drop our baggage in a safe place on the last day so we could visit some places around. We had the whole house for ourselves. The apartment with its modern furniture and antique french balcony railing, was clean and well accessorized with all the necessary to cook a quick breakfast or lunch/dinner. It allowed us to get a small taste of Parisian lifestyle at a convenient price. I highly recommend it if you're travelling in group. Furthermore, Julien was very helpful, polite, clear and available.

We had a family of 6 and stayed for 5 nights. Overall the apartment was a great value since we were only using it to shower and sleep. The best part of the place was its location close to metro and the RER. Pros: Excellent location, clean apartment, washer, grocery stores across the street, many restaurants nearby, the sofa beds were extremely comfortable. Cons: No dryer for laundry. Hot water tank is small so if you have more than 2-3 people you will run out of hot water if you want to shower one after another and it takes a couple hours before water gets hot again. We learned after the first night to take 5 min showers. Overall, I would still rate it 5 stars because of the great value. Julien was very responsive to my concerns with the hot water. It did not feel too cramped even with 6 people. Thank you Julien for a nice stay in Paris!
