This home was just renovated all the way down to the studs in 2022! Fresh paint and premium LVP flooring throughout, along with all new cabinets and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of seating in the living room with high quality custom furniture from that fits the space perfectly. The brand-new bathroom is stunning with all fresh tile and new glass shower. The large front porch offers an elevated and covered sitting area with access to the fenced in front yard! This home was just newly renovated all the way down to the studs in 2022! The kitchen offers ample counterspace for cooking along with just about any cooking appliance you could need, as well as tons of storage. Each of the bedrooms offer very comfortable queen-sized beds with premium linens. The brand-new bathroom is stunning with all fresh tile and new glass shower. Large utility room off the kitchen with washer and dryer as we will as space for additional storage. The utility room leads to the back porch and the large back yard. The large front porch offers an elevated and covered quaint sitting area with direct access to the fully fenced in front yard!

Chris’s place was terrific. The house was really comfortable and clean. The front porch was lovely and we enjoyed sitting there in the evenings. It was wonderful that we could bring our dog with us as well. We loved Chris’s house and highly recommend it to others traveling to Chattanooga.
Natalie, customer service from Airbnb made it possible to relocate us from a no power stay to Chris's place. We felt safe and at home at arrival. Did not meet or had communication with the host. We had a good stay.
Overall our stay at Chris’ place is was good for what we needed it for. It was within 15 min to downtown. The fenced in front yard was perfect for our two dogs and the front porch was nice to sit on in the evening. Could have been a little cleaner with black dog hair in a small area in the living room and in some nooks and crannies. The yard was a little overgrown for a rental and had pizza boxes on the side of the house. And there were items missing from the walls where there were still nails, which just seemed like it was not completely finished. I would recommend overall for a family and/or dogs.
Great spot! Cozy renovated home in a quiet neighborhood, close to our plans for the night (a concert at The Signal!) Our 2 pups enjoyed the fenced yard and we loved the covered front porch with comfy patio chairs ☀️😀
We loved our month+ long stay at Chris’s place. The kitchen was fully stocked - air fryer, standing mixer, toaster oven, bonus utensils and seasonings, etc. Our two dogs loved the fully fenced front yard and porch. Next time we have an extended stay In Chattanooga, we will definitely look to book again!

Chattanooga is our home city, and we absolutely love everything about it-- the land, the trees, the rivers, the mountains, the outdoor culture, the restaurants, the people and more. We enjoy spending as much time as we can outdoors, hiking, camping, sightseeing, and exploring. We also love being at home, cooking, taking in the sunset, and relaxing by the fire. Our love of travelling has taken us all over the world, but we always love coming back home to Chattanooga. We have seen our fair share of hotels and Airbnb houses on our travels. As hosts, we can’t wait to show fellow travelers the same great hospitality that we have had throughout our own travels!
