From first contact to check in the room changed three times. After we checked in we were asked to switch rooms because another room flooded. I understand it’s not necessarily the owner’s fault. However, no compensation of any kind was even offered. We had checked in, left for a concert and were afraid to make a huge fuss because we were afraid we would end up without a place to stay at 2:00am when we returned. Just thought more should have been done for the hassle of it. Room was nice, beds comfortable…just a bit frustrating.
