The dining room table seats 6 and extends for your epic board game nights. The backyard is large with a small deck, perfect for an evening cocktail or morning coffee. The driveway is big enough for several cars and the garage will fit 2 vehicles. We love spending time in Leadville for skiing in the winter and enjoy all the summer activities. In the summer, you can take Independence Pass to get to Aspen in an hour. There is no air conditioning in the home.
