Welcome to HAP HILL. We are honored you have chosen our home to make magical memories. With six children, three granchildren, extended family & friends.....we have made and continue to make so many memories here on Happiness Hill, which is why when we can’t be here, we want to share with you. We have shared some our favorites things to do both at the lake and in our surrounding communities. We're here to make your stay enjoyable, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. . This property provides 3 private bedrooms plus a loft, two and a half baths. You have access to a ton of entertainment space, rain or shine, in the outdoor finished garage, large upper deck, lower deck and over 50 feet of sandy beach. The home is located on West Lake Jefferson, a great lake for for fishing, boating, watersportsand fun! Our pontoon is not included, however you are welcome to use our paddleboard or bring your kayaks. There is space for you to bring your own watercraft, respecting our neighbors space for their watercrafts. We continue to make memories here and want to share our home so that you can enjoy it, too. The only thing we ask is that you respect the county limit on gathering of people, no parties, loud noise, and ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND. Please respect our neighbors, who are also are friends & lake family.
