Arshad was very responsive. The price was high due to high demand-graduation, so we understood. The parking was tough, being on a main road. Place was clean and served its purpose.

We had a great time staying here! We had a last minute add of 2x people and Arshad was able to quickly accommodate and provide the extra room.

I am a regular AirBnB user. There were no reviews when I booked Arshad's place and normally I wouldn't book but we needed one night with three beds for a college visit and this place checked the boxes. I knew we would just be sleeping there so my main ask was three beds and that's what we got. This is great for one to two nights, it is very basic and a bit aged all around. No decor. We had what we needed however, comfy beds and a shower. We got in at 10:30 pm and there was strong cigarette smell which was coming in from the neighbours. Overall, a bit more attention to cleaning wouldn't hurt. I think the value is great if you just need a place to sleep. Snack bags in the TV area was a nice touch. Location was perfect for our Binghamton tour and plenty of shops and restaurants all around. Host was very responsive and courteous.

Arshad was such a blessing, speedy responses, clean and cared for home. Many special qualities in the home that we left inspired. Books for all ages from toddlers to even parents. Fun games like JUMANJI, Chess, Cards against humanity plus kids activities including stickers. Equipped kitchen and cleaning supplies. Emergency kit. Very beautiful and spacious. Stores near by and not far from Ignite Church Endicott and other fun places to go. My family are excited to know we have a place we would be ecstatic to return to. Thanks for this experience.
