I highly recommend this place as your Palermo accommodation. The house was clean and the location was unbeatable. Peppe was also a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

A top recommendation for Peppe's Palermo apartment which consists of two large and very high-ceilinged rooms in a 19th century "palazzo" just 5 minutes walk from the main railway station and slightly more to the bus station next to the railway station. The bus for Segenta leaves from across the road, slightly towards the railway station, next to the green tree there. There are two excellent restaurants 5 mins away. Peppe and his brother are very helpful and explain how everything works. They very kindly left us a big bowl of fruit plus water and milk in the fridge. There are other consumables provided - for example coffee and jam. The area gets surprisingly little traffic, just a bit of a rumble now and then from the tram stop outside and is quiet at night, especially with the large windows closed. The bedrooms are mezzanines and both sleeping areas are large. Everything is spotlessly clean and the fridge and washing machine are like new. The high rooms stay cool, a/c is rarely needed.

We had a wonderful stay. Peppe was so helpful and his loft was in a great location, everything in short walking distance. The loft was beautiful and had alot of space and natural light. We loved the little cafe across the street it was perfect for morning coffee and lunch. Also the train station/bus station was few steps away. This was a wonderful stay we will come back next year!

After traveling three weeks in Sicily this is the best place we stayed in, and I stayed in very good places. It’s spacious enough for a family, near the station and easy to get around without feeling shady or dangerous. It literally takes 15 min to walk to all the main places in Palermo. Feels very local and not touristy, best Gelateria/grilled chicken/panadería/ butchers and pescadería just around the corner and very nice trattorias with reasonable prices. Peppe was kind and surprised us with a baby crib even though it wasn’t stated in the description. Do you want to take part of the real Palermo but still be close to the touristic spots, choose this place. Do you want to have a great view of the city, feel the vibe without being too noisy and take part of the daily Palermo life. Choose this place. Thank you Peppe for giving us the best last days in Palermo and our trip.

Comodissimo per chi arriva e riparte in treno, in un attimo si arriva in tutti i luoghi da visitare. Casa molto bella e accessoriata con letti comodissimi. Peppe gentilissimo e molto attento a risolvere eventuali problemi immediatamente.
