Welcome to our charming and calm house, a harmonious blend of old and contemporary. 155m2 with an impressive 500m2 garden with terraces and children's playhouse. Located 15/20 minutes by car or tram from "le vieux Lille". The heart of our house is the generous 80m2 living room and kitchen area, it is the ideal place to share moments in family. 3 nicely bedrooms and two bathrooms (including the master suite located on the ground floor). We have two bedrooms with a double bed per room then a third bedroom with two small single children's beds. We have a 7 year old daughter, so you will find toys, board games, books on site but don't hesitate to ask us if you need any special equipment. This is the house where we live. We therefore ask you to take care of our house as if it were your home :) We will do our best to welcome you in the most pleasant way.
