Loved the space and it was perfect for what we needed. The backyard is adorable and was nice to sit in after working in town during the day. Rooms are nice and beds are comfy

The cottage was beautifully decorated and maintained. It felt like an home away from home. I also appreciated the amenities and left a few (coffee pods, detergent and dryer sheets) of my own. The price per night was not bad, however the additional fees were a little bit much.

PROs: Nearly everything. The home is newly redone, really beautiful, and accurately portrayed. Location is fantastic as you can walk west on Texas St right towards Main St for plenty of things to eat, drink, and do. CONs: We had an issue with ants in the master bedroom (likely bc of all the rain) but Renee was easy to reach and quick to take care of the issue, with ample concern for using products safe for our toddler. She was very intent on correcting this issue for future renters, but just keep an eye out (it is Texas after all). My boyfriend and I were disappointed to have to spend the rest of our vacation with one person sleeping on the couch and the other in the baby's room. Second was that, while the majority of the house was immaculate, the cleaning crew does not vacuum under beds or couches. The house is pet friendly, and there is dust and dog hair in/on/under the couch and beds, in some of the drawers, and collecting along baseboards. WORTH NOTING: The beds are quite firm.
