PROS: Nice location, good amount of space and nicely decorated. No evidence of bedbugs. CONS: front door unlocked when we arrived. Reeked of marijuana throughout. Hot tub had multiple issues-smelly, needs chlorine, filter filled with bugs, and lukewarm at 97 degrees. Thermostat set at 89 degrees when we got there. A/C couldn’t get below 78. Fan remotes were an issue. Kitchen table dirty. Stovetop greasy. Cabinets all sticky/grimy. Cupboard door fell off in my hand. Just not clean. So we opted to eat out. Washer/dryer both full so we couldn’t do wash. Lukewarm water in shower. Mattresses, sheets, pillows, towels, etc: everything very cheap. Overall atmosphere was that of what you would expect at a low budget Motel 6. Glad this was just a one night stop. Informed host of issues and she said she would f/u w/maintenance. Could be a nice little unit but needs a good thorough going over and many issues addressed. Not sure how it’s earned a five star fan favorite status.

Perfect place for a quick getaway. Really nice place. Beautiful decor! Hot tub was a nice addition.
