Located in the heart of Kaprun at the glacier railway bus stop, the accommodation offers ideal connections for every mountain and skiing experience. The spacious apartments with mountain views (some with their own sauna) will make your holiday in Kaprun unforgettable. The renovated TOP 1 is located on the ground floor of the Kitz Residence. The flat has particularly high ceilings and high-quality furnishings, and there are two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. The other bedroom has a double bed and an additional single bed. The spacious bathroom with underfloor heating is equipped with a shower, a large washbasin and a toilet. The highlight is a private sauna. The modern living area has a cozy seating area, an open-plan kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony.

Loved this apartment. it was decorated beautifully and loved having our own sauna. A very comfortable enjoyable stay as we were travelling through town. surroundings are beautiful too.
