This was one of the most well-appointed Airbnb's I've every stayed in. Great location- easy uber to downtown and STL University. If you are a light sleeper, you should know that this is on a busy street with a lot of traffic- and I think there is also a fire/ems station nearby. I still slept like a baby- the apartment is new, well appointed with lots of towels, toiletries, coffee pods, dishes/silverware, and was pristinely cleaned.

We had a great stay here for a few days exploring St. Louis! Very conveniently located in a newer and modern building. Once we got through the frustration of figuring out where to park and how to find the lockers to retrieve the key fob, it was pretty smooth sailing. The owners were extremely responsive which made things much easier. The space was just as described and pictured. Everything appears new and very clean, which I really appreciated! The beds were comfortable, and having two teen girls with us having the extra bedroom worked out great. The only suggestions I could give is to possibly add some hot pads to the kitchen to make taking things out of the oven easier and be careful using the master bath shower - the recessed drain in the middle is kind of a pain. Also adding a shower caddy of some sort in that master bathroom would be helpful so everything doesn't have to sit on the shower floor. All in all these aren't major issues and we would stay again!

This is a great Airbnb! I cannot say enough positive things about this apartment. We were scheduled for another Airbnb and unfortunately they canceled on us 3 hours before check in. Homeplex saved us and allowed us to stay on super short notice. They were unbelievably friendly and patient, super responsive, helping us with all our questions. They even checked in on us by text throughout our stay. Probably the friendliest hosts we’ve ever experienced on Airbnb! The apartment is spotless!!! Truly surprised how clean every surface, furniture, you name it was in this Airbnb. It’s a great apartment building too. Vibrant, accessible, close to so many restaurants, and everyone we encountered were friendly and welcoming. There are two balconies that were great for people watching and just taking in the afternoon sun. You have everything you need here, and it’s honestly just the perfect place. We highly recommend this Airbnb, and thank Homeplex for a great experience!

Loved staying here and would definitely stay again. The apartment was spacious, clean, and gorgeous. There were even snacks and toiletries for us! Exactly as described. We had some trouble checking in but the hosts were responsive and fixed the problem immediately and made sure we got in quickly. Any other concerns were taken care of immediately and the stay went very smooth. Would love to stay here again the next time I'm in St. Louis!
