Ground Floor Black Pearl Villa offers a generously sized open-plan area, consisting of the living room and kitchen. The living area is spacious and airy and it offers comfortable sofas and a fireplace, a HDTV, while the kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast counter, as well as an indoor dining table for all guests. The living room and dining area also offer direct access to the pool area, through large glass doors. Additionally, on this floor, there are two bedrooms featuring King-size beds, one of which includes an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms provide access to the outdoor area. Each bedroom is equipped with full air-conditioning and furnished with orthopedic mattresses for ultimate comfort. Completing this floor is a family bathroom featuring double sinks, a shower cabin, and a luxurious hydromassage feature.
